Short Stories was created for different and unusual spaces, unconventional locations such as a courtyard, a historic building, a museum or even natural environments such as a lawn, a garden, a clearing.

The choreography, in its various sections, dialogues with the evocative space that hosts it with its history, so as to create a synergistic relationship between bodies, place and audience: the dancers come into contact with the shape and beauty of the place that welcomes them. The pieces that make up the performance will be articulated as an expressive landscape that will leave to the subjectivity of the audience the intimate reading of the feelings that dance and music suggest. The place will be poetically transformed into an open-air theater, while maintaining its peculiarity and soul.

The work involves the dancing bodies in a continuous design, built on repetitions and differences, moments of solos, duets and choral scores, a succession of paintings generated by the sound of live music: Natalia Abbascià, who will play live, has created a soundtrack that brings together evocative lyrical parts for violin and solo voice. The dancers will make you lose the sense of the boundary that separates the audience and the stage space.
